Hannah Bruha is an Anaconda-based broker with Clearwater Properties who loves guiding clients through buying and selling homes across Southwest Montana. A top producer four years running, she closed $12 million in sales in 2025 — #3 in sales volume across the entire company — and has ranked among the Top 100 producing agents in Southwest Montana — out of more than 4,200 agents — in both 2025 and 2026 so far. In 2024 she received the Clearwater Way Award for ethics, professionalism and loyalty.
Hannah's mother was born and raised in Southwest Montana, and a Division 1 lacrosse scholarship to the University of Oregon was Hannah's ticket back west. She transferred to the University of Montana, coached Missoula's high school club lacrosse team to a state championship, and has spent her life skiing, backpacking Glacier and the Bitterroots, and fly fishing the Yellowstone. Today she lives in Anaconda with her husband, a lineman for NorthWestern Energy, and their two children.
