unknown Porter Road, Kevin, MT 59454

This is a 40 Acre parcel mostly fallow ground, but it does have a bit of grassland on the SW side of the 40 acres. Seller is in the process of finalizing a Quiet Title Action, which has to be completed before the property can be closed, to insure Ownership. This parcel is included on the MT Cadastral and ASCS map with another parcel that is currently on the market. The parcel is currently leased. Owner and Lessee will own the 2026 crop. Once the harvest is complete and the Quiet Title Action is complete, Buyer will be given possession.
