TBD McIver Road, Great Falls, MT 59404

If you have ever dreamed of building your own house, or legacy estate, in the country, this is your chance! Find 1.82 acres with NO COVENANTS and with easy access to Great Falls, plus close proximity to I-15. You’ll enjoy sweeping mountain views and mostly flat acreage. It is currently farm ground, so expect decent soils and if you want a garden, this is the spot. Property is partly fenced, so bring your horses, cattle, pigs, goats and more. Wildlife will wander through, too. The Sun River is nearby, so if you built a house "up", you may get a glimpse of the river, too. This is in the county, so visit with county planning to understand the process. It has no electricity, to the property, but it appears to be nearby. No well or septic. No seller financing.
