TBD Hump Lake Lot 4, Dixie, ID 83525

Off Grid Cabin on 1.8 acres with the adjacent 3 Lots available. Looking for a parcel of ground to scratch your gold fever itch? Would you like to live indoors while you pursue that goal? How about a fully winterized system in that cabin so you can hit it again next spring? The cabin is on the Hattie B Lode and the Ajax No 2 Lode. This rare gem sits at the foot of Buffalo Hump and a short walk to Hump Lake. This is private owned land in the heart of the Gospel -Hump wilderness area. Don't be fooled by the access road having a number assigned to it...the 233 road 313 trail takes some will and fortitude to traverse with an offroad vehicle...special places are rarely easy to get to. The cabin is rustic, lots of room for personal preference and finishing touches but its stable, strong, and fortified with window and door protection for peace of mind during vacancy. It has natural large stepping stones for access. If you'd like to leave this century for a bit and breathe fresh air and drink spring water this should be on the list. Its about 3 hours from Orogrande Summit.
