2391 Glenwood Rd, Kamiah, ID 83536

Your Idaho County mountain retreat awaits! Hidden in the tall timber of North Central Idaho, you'll find this home perched on 6.1 acres above Lolo canyon and off of the paved Glenwood Road and very close to millions of acres of public land. The home has 2 beds and 2 baths with an unfinished loft set up for another half bath and a possible additional master bedroom. The daylight basement has a large family room, bedroom, bath, and utility room. Water is provided by a shared Spring that is nicely set up with several cisterns and a good history of usage.  An abundance of timber on the property, including cedar and firs. Wildlife frequents the property and several trails to wander your private woods, relax on the large deck and just enjoy the mountain breezes and solitude. Plenty of timber for some selective logging, if you'd like to make your own lumber or possibly market. The kitchen and main floor bathroom are currently being finished; photos will be updated as work is completed.
