8 Mountain View Dr, Cody, WY 82414

Ten acres make up this beautifully curated mountain valley property. This three bedroom, two and one half bath log home (with addition) is built on a monolithic slab and delivers in every way; from thoughtful execution of interior finishes to the orderly layout of the grounds. Several specialties include: upgraded custom wood cabinetry in the butler's pantry and walk in master closet, professional electrical conveniences throughout the home/studio/workshop and detached garage, perennial gardens with an outdoor potting sink! Ideal for horses/livestock with an irrigated pasture, livestock waterer, animal friendly fencing, hay barn, tack room, hydrants and a pull through drive. Watch Osprey feed on fish they've harvested from the reservoir up the road. They frequent the perch in the field and can be seen from the comfortable sun porch off the kitchen (this is a birdwatcher's wonderland). Within seven miles of the City of Cody, this peaceful and beloved place is one of a kind.
